Bottle signed by DM ("Wine is good living") and popped over dinner with M, H and The Kens. Explosive bouquet of raspberries, black plums and cracked pepper. Dark, brooding and viscous in the glass. Blue and black pitted fruits on the palate with a slather of kirsch liquor, fireplace embers, black pepper and hillside herbs that round out the finish. Outstanding aromatics and purity. Drink now.
