  This one has evolved. This one is no longer delicate and subtle. The fruit is more robust and there are some spice notes on the finish. Still needed about 30 minutes to open up.

  This was a very good bottle of wine. At first it was a little tight but after about an hour it really opened up. It is a delicate wine with great aroma. There were flavors of blackberry and vanilla and it had a long flavorful finish.
  
  The bone-in ribeye I had was a little overpowering for this wine but the lobster and risotto my wife had was a great match. At this point give the wine some time to open up and pair with something delicate. I think this one will be good for years to come.
