As an aside from the tasting note - one thing I like about this winery is the serendipitous nature with which they choose their blends. You really never know what to expect when you go for tasting here, but you can rest assured that the wine maker will make the best possible use of each harvest available to him/her. The bad news is that you'll probably never get the same thing twice, but the good news is that you'll continue to be surprised (in a very good way).
This particular wine has density and body without a syrup-like quality. The nose and after palette is delightful. I continue to bring these wines back to Vegas and never regret my buying decisions.

KW Tasting Group New Years Eve Dinner (Greg's House): Nose of green apple, honey, apricots. Mirrored on the palate. Very sweet, bordering on cloying. Needs a touch more acidity.

Golden color. Apricot nose. Tasted of honey and nuts a bit of spice, reminded me of baklava.
