  App: deep brick-red
  Aroma: cherries, leather, spice, minerals, licorice, meat, hint of dried fruit. .
  Full-bodied-, with excellent acidity and available, but supporting tannins. Concentrated and nicely balanced. Still fruity on the palate.

  Nice, mature and complex Barbera. Probably at peak now. Well done!

  Very good. Definitely at it's peak now. This is much better than the majority of Barolos I've tried so far.

  conclusion:tis bttl is definitely more develop than the vintage 2010.i reali luv the energy of the intense fruits with the blend of evident minerals plus the secondary notes.it has depth,power n complexity.wat tis bttl nd is time to get rid some rusticness here.i reckon tis bttl cn live 15 to 20 yrs frm nw.mite reach its peak 6 to 8 yrs time.gd stuff

  Quick after-work drink at UE Straits.
  Aired in decanter for about 2 hours. Last glass was the best.
  Appearance is clear, deep intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
  Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of iron-earth minerality, sweet red fruit and mild licorice. Developing.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, high alcohol, medium+ tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavor intensity, with flavours of iron-earth minerals, sweet cranberries, plums, cherries, licorice, and spice. Long finish.
  Outstanding quality Barbera from Braida. Slightly more balanced and complex than the 2010 I tried before. Drink now with proper decant. Will improve with further ageing. I would like to try this again in 4-5 years' time.
