  Truffle, ham, savory notes on the nose...took some time to open up. Fantastic chocolate and red berry, earthy to taste. A great texture and acid back bone - this wine will get better with 3-5 more years in the cellar. After about an hour the fruit opened up everymore with great finish. Great value for money too!
