Pear and leechee fruit nose and palate, interesting hint of terroir earthiness, minerals and very strong acid structure which induces a long finish. Overall very good. Paired excellently with martha stewarts mac and cheese, cutting through the richness. Got better with lots of air and a warmer temperature to offset the acids and reveal the complexities, 55-65F.
