  På den slanke siden - men med energi, friskhet og grønn-hvit frukt som sto flott både til kveite (dag 1) og noe overraskende bruschetta (dag 2). Full av energi, mange gode år foran seg. Tror (?) dette var helt i begynnelsen av PYCMs virke, men knallvin like fullt. Ikke minst inponert over hvor ung den virket.

  Fresh and delicious. A light lemon colored wine with dancer's legs. The nose is dominated by the smell of lemon blossoms, but there is also some lime zest, honeysuckle, wisps of ghee and a touch of hazelnut. On the palate there is a beautiful balance of acidity and sweetness, with lemons dominating, accompanied by limestone minerality and a some wood tannins in the lingering finish. This wine is drinking nicely, but I suspect that it might improve a bit more with a little more aging - too bad this was my last bottle :(

  The wine looks Light gold colored. The legs are Fast. It smells like Lemon, Light toast, and Honeysuckle. It tastes like Lemon, and Grapefruit. The body is Medium. The wine has Smooth texture. The wine finishes Short.
