  I bought three bottles of this last winter. The first two bottles I had, back in January, were great. Eight months later, the third and last bottle came across as nothing great. Maybe this peaked in January and then started declining quickly. Or maybe one of the three bottles was just different than the others.

  A very good wine. Laid back. Nothing loud. But the appearance (nice glow; turning a little brick-colored around the edges), the smell, the taste -- all of it is immediately pleasant in an understated way. And remains pleasant. Great bottle.
