  From my last (best fill) bottle, this wine had a medium red center with orange/tawny rims. The medium+ intensity nose of cola, cherries, minerals, and some tapenade.
  
  In the mouth, this wine was medium bodied with light tannin and very good length.
  
  I believe this wine is on the downhill slope as there was some spikey acidity in the mid-palate. However, there were moments where it disappeared. In any event, this should be consumed ASAP.

  Another bottle from this batch with a 4 cm fill, this wine had a deep red center and tan/orange rims. The medium+ intensity nose of rhubarb, tan spices, roses, and anise.
  
  In the mouth, this wine was refined but with great richness, rounded tannin, solid acidity, and good length.
  
  While fading a bit, this was a nicer showing than my last bottle. However, it needs to be consumed.

  From an excellent looking bottle with a 2 cm fill, this wine had a deep red center with pale orange rims. The nose was pretty quite at first. It grew very slowly over the hours to show cola, cinnamon, black cherry, and some soil.
  
  In the mouth, this wine was very refined and well balanced. It had light rounded tannin and good length. It was firm, slightly on the dry side, but still attractive.
  
  While really quite good, even excellent with food, I had somewhat higher expectations for this wine. Drink now as it best days are probably behind it. That said, it was better after hour 5 of air than after hour 3.

  this bottle evolved over and over and over throughout the night, and always getting better. this wine has an extremely silky texture with black tea leaping out with cinnamon cherries. it is seamless complex and has many many years left on it.
