  • Well-made and pleasant wine which had the slighest sign of age. Well developed. The but about this wine is that is that it is a bit non-distinct and could have been made many other places in the World.
This is due to the international grapes (Cab sau and Merlot) which are only supplemented in small part by indignious Greek grape.
The nose and taste is initially like a Bordeaux blend but with time in the glass there is considerable grip and tannins which makes me think it would be interesting to cellar the wine for some more years.

  • It smells like blueberry, blackberry and oak. The wine finishes medium. The wine looks violet colored. The wine has round texture.

  • Drunk the 2007 Vintage throughout 2010 and mid 11. Excellent wine! Way better than similarly priced european counterparts. Really way better. Strong colour, high tannins, stains the lips. Intense Oak, spicy, dried blackberries and chocolate-vanilla palate and nose. Exceptional wine, loves ageing. I think that the 2007 combination of Cab Sau, Mer with Greek variety Limnio is better than the 2008 combination with the other Greek variety Agiorgitiko (which is exceptional on each own).
