Piercing lime and apple flavors sting the palate... just a hint of slate if you really dig for it. Prickly and lively. Refreshing and gulpable -- almost drank the whole bottle by myself due to the low alcohol. True to its Mosel origins.

Skurnik/Theise Spring Tasting (City Winry): 3/26/10: Great pineapple and tropical fruit. A little sweet, but nice acidity. This really over delivers at the price point ($13). Has some layers, and is just a pleasure. 87-88
1/19/10: A touch of sweetness. Some minerality and spicy stuff going on. This is very good, and would well serve as an every day Riesling. 87+
