  Popped and poured at fridge temp. This feels very young, lots of sweet honeyed tones with beeswax. The palate is very easy with honey and apricot, good acidity. Could take many more years in the cellar.

  Just a baby, and yet completely delicious. Still developing complexity after an hour open and what a treat this will be in another 10 years. Pineapple, mango, orange, apricot... its all in there. Light enough to go along with a multitude of foods but equally satisfying all on its own. Why can't they make some more of this? ;)

  Significantly more viscous and longer on the palate than the 10/13/12 bottle.
