  It was a hot day; a Father's Day at the lake. The wine was crisp but the tart citrus kind of crisp. Baked apple or apple pie without the sweetness. We enjoyed it but it didn't have our full attention. We outside at the Gazebo watching the dogs play in the lake. It was more about hydrating than the catharsis of the wine.
