Oak overwhelmed every sniff and sip. As if all the fruit had fallen out, leacing nothing but barrel-related structure. Nothing like the my previous bottle.

Happy with how this has aged so far. Nose has gone more to blue fruit with age. Drinking slightly hot. Lovely long finish.

This bottle was much smoother and more complex than our last bottle. Excellent wine to pair with food, yet good by itself.

Bright red fruit, medium tannins, high acidity. Good food wine and good QPR.
