  A bouquet of aged red berryfruit with some fresh appley nuances. Slight floral notes and liquorice are present but the pine forest and menthol-like nuances bring a distinct overtone to the fruit.
  Medium bodied with fleshy-to-silky tannins and refreshing mid-level acidity. Round but structured. Liquorice and nice dry blueberry flavors. Good lenght with some integrated smoky oak.
  Drinking nicely with a good balance between nose and palate. Paired very well with a goose dish in restaurant Mami.
