Bright medium yellow-gold. Citrus, lemon, peach, pineapple, intense smoky minerality, light spice, and first signs of bottle age, with well-integrated acidity and good length. Smoothly textured and very harmonious. Captivating! Best Riesling I have had in a while. In a great place, I cannot imagine that the wine could get any better with more time. Drink now, do not serve too cold, and enjoy!

Medium yellow golden colour. On day one, the wine showed intense citrus and peach fruit, light honey, a hint of petrol, first signs of bottle age, and light smoke on the finish, with good acidity and very good length. On day two, the wine was intensely mineral and smoky, and very harmonious. Medium- to full-bodied, and smoothly textured, with good concentration. Continues to impress!
Similar to my first bottle which I opened a little more than a year ago, the cork was completely soaked, this time it also broke, and there was some seepage and some mold under the capsule, but the wine seemed fine. Yellow-golden colour. Stone fruit, peach, citrus, some honey, chalky mineral notes and mild ethereal notes, with playful acidity and very good length of the mildly smoky finish. Medium-bodied, smoothly textured, and very complete. Delicious and quite satisfying!

The cork was almost completely soaked, and there was some mold under capsule. Acidity of 6.6 g/l, and residual sugar of 6.1 g/l. Medium lemon colour. Floral notes and stone fruit aromas, a faint hint of gasoline and some camp fire smoke on the nose. On the palate, the wine showed stone fruit, peach, a touch of honey and chalk, with lovely, playful acidity and very good length of the mineral, Granny Smith Apple and gasoline infused finish, with a mildly smoky aftertaste. The medium-bodied wine drank very well; I liked it quite a bit. This Riesling might actually pair well with a cigar.
