  • There is a remarkable maturity to this wine, especially considering its age and the fact it's under screwcap. A delightful maturity nonetheless. Heady petrol nose, with beautiful exotic fruit and floral perfume; lots of honey, peach, mango, lemon. The palate has a delightful tropical fruit kick with a nice subtle honey/lemon undertone and some minerality on the back palate. Plenty of acidity. The QPR is fantastic.

  • What a delicious surprise. Orange blossom, honey, acacia, lemon, guava, hint of petrol and and almost savoury minerality on the nose. Palate is rich and cleansing at the same time and very much matches the nose. Finish is long, complex, and moreish. Wonderful mouthfeel. Many years left in these. The very definition of great value and QPR.
