Nice golden color with a slight hue of pink in the right light. Not a super stream of bubbles just a few tiny strings. Dry, but not overly dry on the palate with a nice tart summer fruit flavor. Finish is nice but not long. Tried at the winery in Sonoma last Spring and was really impressed, not so much today.

68% Sangiovese-Dry Creek, 32% Pinot Noir- Russian River Valley. Light golden yellow color with persistent intermittent bead of tiny bubbles. The nose offers citrus, and dried bread notes. Dry with a good balance of fruit, bracing acidity, and somewhat creamy mousse that dissipated a bit too quickly. On the palate I picked up raspberry, red apples, with a touch of spice from the Sangiovese, and hint of citrus. Medium finish.
