Bürklin-Wolf Tasting with Nicola Libelli (Freiheit Vinothek, Ulm, Germany): Glass: Zalto Burgundy Clear, deep golden color. This wine can’t deny the botrytis driven vintage! Nose is all over botrytis. On the palate more Wachau than Pfalz. Caramel, dried apricot, honey, sweetness, but also balanced and very mineral. Very good wine, but not my style. Drink now, it won’t get any better. 90
