Quotations from Soledad Meneses, wine educator at Errazuriz.
"The whites are very close to the pacific ocean so it catches all the cold influences from there. Stainless steel feremented, and the acidity relates to the citric side, like a tangerine, notes. Very good concentration.
Fairly asparagus in that kinda extracted way. Softer (medium - acidity for SB) acidity.

(Vina Errázuriz Sauvignon Blanc Aconcagua Costa) Picked during the fourth week of March. Three-quarters of the grapes underwent a six-hour cold maceration. This Sauvignon is a bit deeper in color, fatter, and richer than the Max Reserva Sauvignon Blanc from La Escultura, with some herbaceous character, and its 13.5% alcohol is better balanced than the Max Reserva’s. Thanks to its natural acidity and the avoidance of malolactic conversion, it’s also crisper than the 2009 Errázuriz wines from La Escultura and elsewhere. Terroir: Manzanar Estate

A very pleasing and refreshing sauv blanc, with touches of minerals, lemon, and well balanced acidity and tartness.
