OK. Made from 85% Zinfandel and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. We bought this at the winery on a whim - sort of an experiment by the winemaker. It was a heavier and sweeter version of an OK California blend and we did not taste the spicyness that is normal in a Zin. Certainly this does not rival a good vintage port but it was interesting.

Okay dessert wine. Typical for California 'ports' I've had. Over sweet, someone at the party compared it to Mogen-David. I wouldn't go that far, but it certainly lacked the depth and elegance of a true Port, but instead went for sweetness.
