  Maturing nose showing hip roses, mint and
  Nice and warm fruitful palate at first, opens up with still austere tannins and on the lengthy finish showing some dried fruit.

  Gourmetklubbens fyrtioförsta middag: Tema Italien (Södermalm, Stockholm (P+A)): (Decanted for one hour)
  Incipient maturity showing lots of Sark fruit, soil and sandy notes and with a hint of hip roses in a very lovely way. Very youthful and fresh palate with aggressive tannins and primary fruit dominating for the moment and with a nice and acidic finish where the aggressive tannins come back again.

  Granato mediamente compatto. Naso molto fruttato, con amarena, prugna, spezie dolci, menta, anguria, cacao, grafite, tabacco virginia e liquirizia. Bocca giocosa, tannino molto setoso, lungo
