Amazing. Highly aromatic, licorice, fennel, anise, rich plentiful earth, blackberry, forest fruit, voluptuous but still maintained by structure. Slight heat and high acidity. The Sofie Vergara of Israeli Wine. This is a poster child for old-vine Carignan. Still fresh after 7 years and can be cellered for much longer. Truly a pleasure to be able to drink this.
