A 29 year old Aussie.....would it be drinkable? Well, if you like sherry...this wine would suit you. To be honest: The wine was not bad, but it was clearly over the hill. The color was light brown, a smell that hints of a semi-sweet sherry, the taste was not bad, dried fruits, relatively high acidity and a clear sweet after taste. Most people would not appreciate this "as a red Cabernet" - but I think it was drinkable (but it would have been better 10 years ago).
