  This is a very good not overly oaked Russian River Chardonnay. The nose is filled with lilacs, pineapple, green apple, lemon-lime, kiwi and vanilla. The taste is opulent with citrusy lemon, green apple, pineapple, kiwi and a hint of pear in a toasty vanilla backdrop. There is a very crisp acidity to the wine that nicely frames the fruit. The fruit is in balance with the acidity much like in a French Burgundy.
