Wonderful Willamette Pinot Noir from Ayres. Mouthful of dark berries: blackberries, blueberries etc. loved the structure of this wine..seemed very focused. Enjoyed both bottles with friends, paired with a rich salmon dish with creole mustard sauce.

Popped & poured at local restaurant, served with salmon & an eggplant/shrimp dish. Beautiful nose. Dark red fruit on the palate, and a smooth finish, which I liked a lot (in contrast to the tart cherries you get on some Pinots.). Really enjoyed this.

Ditto the tasting notes above. Enjoyed wine at the same time.

Fruit is sourced from near ribbon ridge. Ayers is known for darker fruit profiles, and this is no exception. Bold. Nice spice, apple pie and cider.
