  Bouquet is dominated a spicy aspect, with a decent amount of cherry, hints of chocolate, and some transitory plum. The spice becomes very muted on the palate, which makes for an interesting transition, with moderate tannins. A nice full body wine, and a much better balance than at the tasting room last year.
