A blend of 70% Grenache Noir, 15% Carignan, 10% Mourvèdre and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, planted on slate. Yield of just 15 hl/ha, aged for 22 months in demi-muid. Lovely ripe, sweet cherry fruit, quite bretty initially but that blows off slightly, garrigue, quite fresh and tannic, intense and spicy but clean and precise, velvety, lovely slaty minerality, excellent length, hint of tangerine on the finish.

Unlike the previous bottle a few weeks ago, this one was over the top. Tired savoury smell.
