A bit more complex now. Acids yielding to a slight caramel and brulee presence. But overall it's still the pineapple sweetness with a hint of orange and a clear honeysuckle midpalate that defines this wine. So balanced, hard to believe this is a typically grassy semillon grape. But L'Ecole has always done well with semillon, both their regular white wine, and this ice wine.
