Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 92 points

  • Degorged in 2006. Golden colour. Bisquit, brown sugar, and white mould. Intense rich palate w. a salty shoyu, amontillado, apple brandy and butterscotch. The mousse, yet discreet, is still present, the acidity retained and the alcohol contributes positively to give some backbone. Extremely delicate. Drink now. 92+.
