"Cuvee d'Or" botling. Very dark golden brown. Rich nose, filled with pressed flowers, preserved pit fruits drizzled in sourwood honey. Medium-full bodied and quite sweet, this is really showing a lot of age, but still has life left. Acid-preserved pit fruits and concentrates on the palate. Super tangy! Really keeps it from becoming at all cloying. Delicious, rich and mouth-filling. Absolutely FANTASTIC after a bit of ricotta with fresh lemon zest and preserved lemon. Excellent brightness, purity and even a little minerality sneaking in! 93
