Beautiful golden hue. Tasted slightly chilled. Not showing too much on the nose, with subtle hints of citrus fruits and chalk. Really vibrant lemons on the midpalate with creamy vanilla and a chalky minerality on the finish. Nice acidity that is under control. Finish was slightly bitter. Would pair exceptionally well with shellfish.

Drinking this at fridge temp. is a huge mistake. It seems to really improve as it warms to cellar temp and even above that. It becomes like silk in your mouth much the same way a roussanne does. The color is a deep honey. It is noticeably darker than a Chard. or a Roussanne.

A really wonderful Grenache Blanc. I like it even better than the Tablas Creek that I usually drink.
