Dunkles Rubinrot. Langer Abgang.

At the Bon Vivant wine bar (Silja Symphony). Vibrant nose of spice and dark fruit. Medium bodied, smooth, savoury, dark fruit, liquorice, spices and minerals. Gentle and firm tannic grip. Soft acidity. Very good.

Dark color, dense, almost mute except dose of oak on nose. Wondering how can it be just like this, you can tell the heavy weight on palate, but why nothing happened?! Finally, on day 3, last few sips, something happening--the wonderful sweetness comes out everywhere, the almost empty glass, the nose, back throat... So, either decant it 3-5 hours or let it sleep for few more years.

Deep ruby red colour. Red berries on the nose. Taste of cherries and leather. Integrated tannins, high on alcohol.

Strong nose, real shiraz, but delicius dark chocolate. Fruity and power. Doing well alone, and as well with almost any meat from the grill.
