  • I had stashed a bottle of this to see how it would age and had forgotten about it. Very pale color with just some faint yellow tones. The nose is mineral based with subtle notes of quince, lemon zest and pear skin. Quite fresh and dry on the palate with flavors of pear and citrus that come across as completely dry but with enough substance to add a mid-weight texture. Fresh as a daisy without any signs of age, this lacks only a bit a concentration and intensity. My last bottle but if you have any, this wine is in no hurry. Drink now through 2018.

  • I think this needs some time. Extremely light in color, almost like water. However, the flavors and aromatics are all in place and there's a great richness in the mid to back palate. This one needs several years to show its true colors.
