  Chassagne, Red Label and Chave (S.K.Y.): My favorite of the flight as this is showing a perfect combination of fresh and rich fruit with the emergence of complexity and layering. A wine at just the right moment in time. Such pure fruit and mineral expression. Gorgeous, long and bright finish.

  Chassagne Grandes-Ruchottes Dinner with Some Giacosa and Chave (S.K.Y. Restaurant - Chicago IL): The best this wine has ever shown. Intensely rich while perfectly balanced with bright acidity and crunchy mineral textures on finish. Impressively elegant in every respect.

  Lieu-dit Cur Blind White Dinner (S.K.Y.): Double blind 07/08 Ramonet/Moreau Ruchottes. More mature and advanced than the other wines in this flight. Plenty of concentration and fruit, but that fruit is maturing and less interesting than the other three wines.

  Lieu-dit Cru "Blind White" Dinner Comparing 2007 and 2008 White Burgundy (S.K.Y. Restaurant - Chicago IL): Served double blind to the group, single blind for me. Maturing orchard fruit with slightly sweet spice. Good weight and length. This was open almost two hours before poured, I'd err on giving it less air for future bottles. Still so tasty, but time to drink up.
