Banyuls Tasting, Episode #812, 2/5/2010, (See more on Wine Library TV...) 89-91 points

(Casa Blanca Banyuls) #1; COLOR-dark; NOSE-really elegant milk chocolate meets coffee cake; and then bright red fruit (raspberry and strawberry); a little brandy action as well; PALATE-grenache is such a great variatal; it's so flexible; Mott says tiramasu which GV says is in line with the brandy action; really good wine; love the tannins; very easy; not unbelievable or overly complex, but this is very servicable; very good and solid; a great value for a 750ml at $23 bones; a great tannic backbone; many will really like this; GV-89/91
