  • at first seemed a little tight/austere, but blossomed with air. Lots of body, just the slightest hint of sweetness, lime and apple fruit accented with cinnamon , flowers, and "wet rocks." Excellent length. I don't drink a lot of trocken, but quite enjoy this.

  • Fresh, slightly tart pear and cucumber flavours over a bed of intense rocky and salty mineral notes with herbal, chamomile and faintly floral accents emerging with air. Very precise and light on its feet, though it's a little austere on the back end but really nice value. Update: Opens up really nicely after a day in the fridge, becoming more generous in the mouth and developing a nice minty aromatic profile as well.
