Nicely balanced and complex wine. So very different from other Dry Creek Cabernets that we've had. Bright red, and dark red fruits mix with menthol, dust and cedar notes on the nose. The palate is crisp and has a rising, darkening profile. Very nice.

I'm a fan of Raymond Burr wines, but this one might be a little young at the moment. Medium bodied with a lot of tart, red fruit flavor -- a little much for me, and on the whole I generally appreciate fruit-forward wines. My wife and I enjoyed the bottle, along with some ribs, but think we will wait another year before we try the next one.
