Pale straw in color. Nice nose of grapefruit and lemon, and another fruit I just can't put my finger on. Bright and crisp on the palate, without being overly acidic. This wine has come a long way since last October when I characterized it as lemony & acidic and made for a seafood pasta with cream sauce. It has softened considerably and is no longer seeking heavy cream to neutralize.
Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Sauvignon Blanc glass.

Strong aromas of pink grapefruit. Tastes of pink grapefruit also which after an hour of being opened softened to tangerine taste. Good bit of acid. Definitely serve refrigerator cold. Paired very well with a first course of creamy blue chess and then a main course of chimmichurri roasted chicken.

Very light gold color, the nose is very citrusy, but with a mellowness to it that I like very much. In this case, the citrus is lemon and grapefruit, but the mellowness makes it more like lemon curd, with a little cliantro thing going on. The palate is largely a repeat of the nose, with very sharp acidity that mellows as it goes, but also a certain spiciness. The wine is bone dry, so don't expect any sweet to contrast with the acid. At the same time, I wouldn't say the wine is off balance. This was really good, and a great deal at just $13. I wish I had more.
