Still really like this wine, huge botrytis nose and minerality. Slight sweetness with lots of apricot, peach and pineapple. Only a very slight diesel at this time in its life. This is definitely not a typical Riesling so don't drink this if you are looking for a sweet fruity Riesling.

Hasn't changed a bit. Most bottles had the very unique botritized characteristics. A couple had an effervescence that is completely unexplainable. At any rate we drank it with Indian food and it was amazing. The spices in the food make the wine just simply out of this world.

We opened this wine because the last one was a little spritzy (maybe stored a little warm). I really like the transformation that this wine is going through but it no longer shows any Riesling characteristics. The best way to describe it would be a Sauternes without the sweetness.

Really love this wine. The botrytis is really starting to show through now. Not your typical Riesling for sure. Fruit is less intense but flavors are fantastic. Being open does not seem to effect this wine to any extent as it was good for many days after being opened.
