  The nose is a lovely bouquet of flowers, fresh lemons, a little pear, cedar and soft perfume muddled together in a very complex and evolving fashion. Very evocative of a summer afternoon in a flower and fruit garden. The palate starts off with cedar, moves onto lemons with a slight nuttiness before moving back to cedar and then develops an incredible finish with creaminess that just keeps on changing, after which comes toffee and a little more cedary, waxy, wood and yet more development - quite wonderful.
