Nose and taste have a rawness, dirty forest floor quality that will be offputting to some. It's not wet dog, but it's definitely a bit vegetative. But that comes from being some of the oldest vines in the valley. It's not going to be the softest or most balanced, but it's rich and full and raw, and a real treat over the course of an evening.

I shared this bottle with a couple of friends so I wasn't keeping notes, but it was drinking surprising well and was very smooth and without edges. Warren told a cool story that he hooked some friends up with a bottle of this and they took it to a blind Oregon/Cali Pinot Noir tasting and this placed 4th out of 15 bottles. The way it was drinking tonight, I could see it.

Let me be the first...Nice medium eye, fruity floral notes drive this wine along with creamy oak. Not big on terrior, but enjoyable now. A crowd-pleaser fruity Pinot, but feel it will also evolve in bottle. Will hold some to see.

Has evolved beautifully with terrific minerality, nice red fruits, solid forest floor fir needles and wonderful balance & elegance.
