ok, nose a bit closed, but some mild fruit. Taste, very litte, could have been the bottle, but it had very little fruit, harsh tannins, and a strong window cleaner note throughout. We dumped it after half a glass.
Bbig, grapey New World fruit bomb, though not overly sweet. Lush with overripe note of excess. Medium sweetness, minimal tannins, moderate acidity, big, full body. Flavors of plum, grape, dark berry. Seems too pricey to me but it's enjoyable nonetheless.

Color: inky dark purple. Nose: Red fruits over cedar spice, creamy notes. Taste: Just a touch thin. Nice acidity, some up front red cherry, some underlying dark fruit, fair amount of oak. Decent tannin structure, this could last a couple of years if the fruit holds out. Not a bad effort, and good QPR.

Great QPR on this wine. Very unique taste for a $10 wine, but fit my palate perfectly. Consumed over a week ago so specifics have faded from memory. Vanilla and spice were both there. Dont recall tannins being overly prevelant and felt it was a fairly light wine in structure most likely due to the makeup of the blend.
