Still deep red and opaque. Savoury nose. Still tannin. Leather, cigars, coffee and spice tones and some black fruits remaining. Very good but a year or so over peak.

The 2007 Domaine Gayda Chemin du Moscou is a hit. A truly nice wine. The blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault provides a velvety mouthfeel in combination with dark berries, garrigue, leather and creamy vanilla. The wine is actually best described as flirty. Finish lasting some 35 seconds, no presence of heat. Recommended.
