Very nice wine to pair with a roasted red pepper soup. The chardonnay has enough depth to match up with the peppers and the sauvignon blanc provides the needed acidity to contrast the cream component. The three varietals make it a really interesting blend that works pretty well for pairing with food.

Delivers as expected - a very floral, fruity wine. Sweet but not sappy, with enough interesting floral aromas and tastes to make it fun to drink. A good change of pace wine from straight Chardonnays.

We had this with fresh baked bread and elk summer susage. A real explosion of flavor.
