  This is still drinking well. Tannins are still there but subtle. No bricking of the color yet.

  Great Washington Walla Walla, deep ruby red, tannins very present but not over whelming, good structure...very pleased, decanted for an hour before serving, worth while decanting.

  Structure is holding up, tight chewy tannins, dark fruit, spice, cigar box. Could probably benefit from sitting a couple more years.

  Yummers. This is ready to go. Dark fruit spice leather vanilla Tannins finish light. Stood up to a good Alberta t bone and sweet potatoes Triple yum!
