Ok, I really kind of dug this wine. Big, fruit bomby, creamy, extravagant, and high yummy factor. It's all here, lots of dark fruit, blueberry, kirsch, blackberry, plenty of oak but in a good way. Super QPR.
Not sure what this blend is, but it overdelivers for the price. On the nose some rubbery notes with dark fruit, and it drinks very nicely - big fruit, very dense with a good mouthfeel and good balance.
It lives up tot he price point, but shouldn't expect more than a simple summer sipper. Shows a little pepper and raspberry. Firm tannins. Nothing complex, but not expected. Dive into a pizza or a bowl of pasta and grab a bottle of the Four Mile Creek.
