Back to it's roots. Originally a Bourgogne varietal, it packed its bags and found success as Muscadet near the west coast of France in the Loire valley. This particular wine is from Burgundy. And what a great Welcome home party! Bright, clean, and oh so tart. Maybe a little bitter at the end, but not displeasing.
