A bit browning in color. Spicy, sage, mineral and slightly tropical nose. A bit hollow in the mid palate, but then lush with loads of extract on the finish.

Massive reductive funk on first opening. Blew off in a matter of a few minutes. Mature riesling nose of apricot, salt, slight petrol. Rich, heavy mid palate. Loads of heavy extract on the finish - in some ways the most interesting feature of the wine.

Similar to previous note...white fruit, pineapple, yellow pear, a core of earthy minerality thrust throughout. Good length & lemon tone on the finish of this one. Just great

Some aged Rieslings to beat the heat (Tac-Quick, Chicago IL): nose: real nice and mineral laced nose with tones of wet rocks, limes, citrus tones, red apples, and bits of white florals and white fruits. Nice class and balance to the wine with very good depth as well
taste: Extremely well balanced medium feel with high acidity showing itself and still showing that this is a young riesling with tones of minerals, wet rocks, limes, apples and bits of white fruits
overall: This may even need a couple more years to fully show itself. The nose is beautiful and so well balanced but the palate is showing itself to be a bit too young. A decant probably would benefit this as this comes off as a wine that is built for the long haul

Big aromatic nose with plenty of exotic nose and apricot and later menthol notes. Light flint. The nose leads you to believe that the wine has some RS but this is totally dry. Palate is less exhuberant, round with high acidity and light mineral notes. A little more lemon. Enjoyable.
