  Vibrant, fresh, green and slatey minerality with a hint of oil and citrus. Silky, focused, with some apple flavors, and a lot of crunchy rocks and minerals. Fresh, pure, bracing and vibrant.

  Slatey broad mineral aromas with apple and citrus underneath. Fleshy, fresh, clean, mouth-coating flavors of apple with mild sourness. Hints of developing complexity. Very clean with only the slightest hints of petrol, more like lemon-oil. Like a dry lemonade, with various lemon flavors and wet stone.
